If, as a yoga student, you struggle with "alignment." It may be wise to ask "alignment with what?"
In this workshop you will:
Date: Sunday 30th October 2016 Time: 10am - 3.00pm
What to bring: yoga mat, blanket, low cushion, notebook and pen, a plate of food to share for lunch, water.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing.
Morning tea and delicious nibbles are included.
Places are limited so early booking is definitely advised.

About Vanda Scaravelli
"From her training in the anatomical precision of Iyengar Yoga and the emphasis on breath and ease in Desikachar’s Viniyoga, Vanda developed her own distinctive way of working with breath and gravity to free the spine. She distilled movement to a few essential principles: the surrender of the lower part of the body to gravity gives back a lightness that liberates the upper part of the body.
